The Farmer's Daughter embodies "Modern Farm Cooking", a concept cultivated and embraced by the entire culinary team. At the Farmer's Daughter, heirloom and locally sourced ingredients come alive on the plate. Using the seasonal harvest in the surrounding region, her plates are innovative with sumptuous, deep, pure flavors. "The Farmer's Daughter aspires to give guests a sense of personal connection to the farmers, brewers, cheese mongers, distillers, winemakers and charcuterie craftsmen who collectively help create an exceptional dining experience," says Bill Beisel, Jr., General Manager of the property.The fresh-is-best vibe continues in the 90 seat lounge as cocktail craftsmen create mixers and infusions made from local fruits and vegetables. Designer vodka and bourbon infusions, hand blown chandeliers and a 40 foot fireplace combine to create the perfect mix of sexy, sultry and sumptuous. Light hors, beer and wine will be offered.
